By using Under1k, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Under1k provides listing, messaging, and verification tooling for micro-SaaS transactions. We are not a broker, legal advisor, or escrow provider. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for due diligence, contracts, transfer mechanics, and compliance.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and listing content. You must have rights to any assets you list, including logos, product names, and screenshots. Fraudulent or misleading listings may be removed without notice.
Verification is based on data returned by connected providers (Stripe, Polar, Lemon Squeezy). Under1k displays this data as provided. Temporary API outages, revoked credentials, or provider-side errors can affect displayed metrics.
Listing fees are one-time payments for publishing visibility and verification display. Fees are non-refundable once a listing is published, except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to use Under1k for spam, harassment, unauthorized scraping, or unlawful activity. You may not attempt to access accounts, data, or listings that do not belong to you.
Under1k is provided on an as-is basis without guarantees of sale outcomes, buyer quality, or uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Under1k is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from marketplace use.
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, or legal risk. You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain obligations, including payment and liability clauses, survive termination.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
